The 500 service will run between Chichester and Littlehampton.
Stagecoach has revealed the start date of a new bus service which will connect Tangmere, Fontwell, Barnham and Yapton between Chichester and Littlehampton.
The 500 launches on the 2nd of July 2023 and will also serve St Richard's Hospital and Shopwyke. Buses will operate every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday and hourly on Sundays and into the evening.
The improved route is made possible through Funding by West Sussex County Council and the government's Bus Back Better strategy, as a part of the public transport improvement plan. It's aim is to make bus services more reliable and frequent to better connect communities.
Free travel is offered on the 500 route for the entirety of a week, between Sunday 23rd July and Saturday 29th July celebrating the launch of this service.
