Police are investigating an assault in Worthing.
A 35-year-old man was attacked in Victoria Park at around 11:40pm last Saturday (14/02/2026).
He was approached by five men in grey tracksuits, thought to be in their twenties, who demanded money before assaulting him.
The victim suffered head and upper body injuries.
No items were taken.
Officers are pursuing multiple lines of enquiry in an ongoing investigation and encourage anyone who witnessed the incident or who has relevant information, such as CCTV or mobile footage, to report it to us.
