Sundays at Felpham Memorial Village Hall, join Knotted Aerial to discover your new favourite way to keep fit! We offer an Intro to Aerial class for complete beginners (and those wishing to take a slower pace) which gives you the chance to explore both hoop and silks. Plus mixed ability classes focusing on hoop or silks. Classes are small group and taught low to the ground (the highest your feet are likely to get off the ground is 2m), so a great way to build your strength and confidence.
So if you watched The Greatest Showman and thought "wow, I'd never be able to do that" but secretly wanted to try .... here's your opportunity!
