Through guided conversations, practical insights and gentle wellbeing activities, you’ll gain fresh perspectives, strengthen your confidence and discover new ways to nurture the relationships that matter most.
Hosted monthly, in the beautiful Oxmarket Contemporary Gallery in Chichester, Alongside is facilitated by local Family and Systemic Psychotherapist Lynsey, of Changeworks, creating a relaxed and inclusive environment where every perspective is welcomed.
