Denmans Garden, Fontwell is opening for the National Garden Scheme on 29th October.

Created by Joyce Robinson, a brilliant pioneer in gravel gardening and former home of influential landscape designer, John Brookes MBE. Denmans is a Grade II listed post-war garden renowned for its curvilinear layout and complex plantings. Enjoy year-round colour, unusual plants, structure and fragrance in the gravel gardens, faux riverbeds, intimate walled garden, ponds and conservatory.

On site there is a plant centre with unusual plants for sale, a gift shop and treat shop offering refreshments.
Visitors will find inspiration and design ideas for gardeners of all skill levels and gardens sizes. Staff are always happy to answer questions. Plant Centre features for sale unusual plants most of which are propagated on site. The Gift Shop has one-off garden ornaments, pots, and vintage accessories along with work by local artists and makers. Treat Shop
