What was it really like to work at the Shippam’s factory?
Join Daniel Musty (Community Producer) and Lauren Roberts (Production Lead) from Millstream, a local film company, as they share the journey of creating the Shippam’s exhibition film and preserving oral histories.
Hear from former Shippam’s employees about life at the factory, their memories of the ‘Shippam’s family’, and their role in shaping the exhibition. There will be an opportunity to ask your own questions about working for the company.
6pm – 7pm.
Doors open at 5.15pm, when you’ll have the opportunity to view the Hurrah for Shippam’s exhibition prior to the talk.
