Selsey High Street Community Christmas Event 2025

Event runs from 2-6pm. To kick off the event at 2.15 we have a team of 15 from Swan Samba in Hampshire, followed by a duo steel pan, 2 x duo stilt walkers (Winged Illumination & Elves), Punch & Judy, Lions Santa & Sleigh, Food Stalls, Cocktail Bar, Santa's Grotto (free), Funfair, Selsey Scouts, Stage with dancers from arabesque, singers, cloud 9 pantomime crew. Our Community Tree will be lit at 6pm with a countdown and this will be switched on by a local Home Care Agency named Avoston (with clients if possible) who have donated the tree this year (Selsey Town council had spent their budget on updating the High Street lights and announced they would not be providing a tree this year). Oh and best dressed window competition judged by children of the community with a winners trophy.
