A soundbath is where you are immersed in sound that helps you to relax and chill out for 45 minutes it can also help to remove blocks within your body

Soundbaths are so comforting I play different instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums just to name a few. You lay on the floor wrapped in your blanket to keep warm and relax letting the music wash over you.it class blocks or just helps you to feel relaxed .
