The road was temporarily closed while our Highways teams worked overnight and on Saturday were able to remove ramps and pipes, and carry out necessary repairs, so the stretch between Orchard Way roundabout and Oaklands roundabout, could be fully reopened.
West Sussex County Council Highways has thanked all road users for their patience and apologies for any inconvenience.
