Police are investigating a hit-and-run in Portsmouth.
It happened on Gladys Avenue between 1pm and 2pm on Monday 3rd of November.
A white car was involved in a collision with a cyclist, a 14-year-old boy who broke his foot.
The driver didn’t stop, and officers are appealing for witnesses or dash-cam footage to help their enquiries.
