A charity in West Sussex is at risk of shutting down if it cannot find more volunteers.
“Big Brothers Big Sisters” is a program that connects adult mentors with children who cannot live with their parents and need extra support in their lives.
Research has shown adult mentors can also really benefit from the mentoring relationship. Getting a fresh perspective on life and improving morale are just a few of the advantages being reported according to the charity.
Listen to V2 Radio's News Editor Philip Keeler chat with Graham Meheux from the West Sussex branch of Big Brothers Big Sisters on how you could get involved and help young people live better lives.
