A cyclist on Hayling Island has been taken to hospital.
Police say the driver of a blue Toyota RAV4 overtook a man on a bike on Manor Road while sounding their horn; this then caused the cyclist to fall and hit the kerb.
The incident occurred on Saturday afternoon at around 4pm.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving, drug driving, and causing serious injury by dangerous driving; he’s been released under investigation while further enquiries are carried out.
