Witnesses sought for A27 collision involving two HGV's

Police are appealing for more information after two HGVs were involved in a collision on the A27 Westbound, just after the Southwick Tunnel.

The incident happened on Monday at around 9:30 am, involving a white Volvo lorry towing a blue trailer and an orange DAF lorry.

The road was closed for many hours while accident investigation teams and emergency crews were on the scene.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to come forward.

Police are also keen to hear from anyone who may have captured any relevant dash cam or mobile footage.
