Musical taste: I'm a big fan of electronic music - but I'm a bigger fan of great songwriting, however it is delivered!

How long have you been involved in radio: 26 years and counting! 

Best radio experience: Meeting Level 42 (one of my faves) and bringing them onto the stage in front of thousands at Arundel Castle as part of the 2007 festival. Also, this is  the opposite to a 'best' experience as such, but I was broadcasting live from the Shoreham Airshow when that terrible crash happened in 2015. While not a happy memory, I remember with pride how I, and the people working with me, dealt with the situation, how we relayed the information we had and how we reflected the emotion of that afternoon.   

Favourite part of West Sussex: Bosham Quay, Wepham Woods, Highdown Hill - so many to choose from!  

What excites you about V2 Radio: Radio has changed a lot in recent years, with so many stations going after the same audience and, inevitably, all sounding a bit bland and a bit the same. It's nice to be part of something that stands out and has something going on behind the eyes. There are parts of this country that still have a real community feel and local pride. Thankfully, we live in such an area, and it's great to be part of a station that has the ability to reflect, support and celebrate that!
