Two men charged after car crashes into ditch

Two men have been arrested and charged after a car crashed into a ditch in Hoe Lane, Bognor Regis.

The incident involving a Honda Civic occurred around 5.11pm on Friday 8 October.

Police, fire and ambulance services responded to the scene, and the two occupants of the car were checked over for injuries.

Adrian Turner, 53, and Anthony Kelly, 62, both of Arundel Road, Littlehampton, were each arrested and charged with drink-driving, driving with no insurance and driving with no licence.

They have been released on unconditional bail to appear before Worthing Magistrates’ Court on 16 November.
