A woman has been jailed for leaving her victim with permanent facial injuries in Worthing.
Officers were called to Liverpool Road, near the Montague Centre, around 2 am on the 10th of December after a 43-year-old man was assaulted.
It was heard that 47-year-old Learna Wood cut a part of his ear off with a Stanley knife and slashed his face.
Wood of Grange Road in Southwick pleaded guilty to GBH and possession of a knife in a public place; she was sentenced to 3 years and three months in prison.
